I used to consume a shit ton of soy, thinking that its not that bad, cheap, and because im lactose intolerant so i cant consume whey.

One birth control pill contains 35000 nanograms of estrogen. Japanese men consume the equivalent of ~198 birth control pills in the form of soy every day, since they eat on average 0.59 ounces of soy a day.

Since i consume about 3 servings of soybean protein, i must be consuming the equivalent to about +1,000 birth control pills everyday

I changed my diet to eggs and oatmeal now, but the damage was done already JFL.
