Despite having a strong resume and cover letter, my interviews often take a disappointing turn when the focus shifts to my appearance. The subtle cues in their body language reveal their disinterest and dismissiveness towards me. It's disheartening to see them avoid eye contact, appearing distracted and unengaged during our interaction. This ongoing cycle of feeling excluded - be it in social circles, relationships, or job opportunities - has left me weary and disheartened.
