The CIA is not in charge of the US government, lobbyist are. The lobbyists want what’s best for the company they represent and companies want cheap labor and no unions. So what’s an easy way to get both? Flood the border with immigrants that will then in turn flood the job and housing market driving down wages and driving up rent. Now that these immigrants speak no English and are willing to work for pennies since the US dollar is worth a hell of a lot more in their homeland they’re not likely to join a union and demand better conditions and pay.
