Propecia is always an option but you have to start it early. I have been on it for 2 years and it has stopped my hair loss. I refuse to ever go bald, i'll probably wear wigs if my treatments stop working.
I keep what's left of my hair using a treatment by a dermatologist, but I'm NW IV already o it's looking dire for me.
