Yeah. Problem is, I have a medically "weird" metabolism (proven by doctors), it makes it very hard to gain muscles for me. I have worked out 6 times a week for 45 minutes per day (not including rests) over the past 9 or so months, very little improvement.

Well, I'd like at least a slightly cute one (a 6 or 7). Hmm, a 4, good question. I guess something like this.
