In our generation we could still cope with mostly good TV shows (like the Clone Wars, Dinosaur documentaries and funny cartoons), with funny/intelligent trading card games (like Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic or Pokemon), with mostly good animes/mangas (like Hellsing/Tokyo Ghoul or more fun stuff like Shimoneta/Monster Musume/Prison School/etc.), with still pretty good comics (although on the brink of death already) and with the best game consoles that ever existed (like the Wii which brought us Mario Galaxy as one of the most timeless classics of all time), our movies were already shit though. And most magazines also don't produce anything anymore (most bug/reptile/amphibian magazines in my country ceased to be produced due to far too less demand), so this hobby will surely soon die to and only mainstream stuff will survive (funny thing: with individualism the attack of the clones began and we are more brought in line than ever).
But for young autistcels (in spe) there will be no way of coping now. Every TV show/every cartoon is full of LGBTQ+-shit, every comic nowadays bashes men (particularly those of low status which are the only group that you can mock in public) and shows you some cringy SJW narrative pandering only to the 0.1% trannies out there, good games (particularly of the Jump'n Run genre) don't exist anymore and movies suck ass, everything appeals only to women and masochistic, hereditary guilty soys - everything else gets quickly dismantled as a "male power phantasy" (something that has an extremely negative connotation - unlike "female empowerment" which is bascially the same unrealistic/idealistic projection of oneself into fiction). An immersion into fiction which helps to cope with the irl stress would simply not be possible anymore for them (unless you are a complete soy and find modern shit appealing). And nowadays soy is everything.
