Any of you that have worked low-skill jobs (retail, food service, etc) may know what I mean. Despite having the roughly the same amount of experience and physical abilities as your coworkers with the same position, you are doomed to shittier more laborious tasks solely due to the fact you’re less attractive than them. This is particularly common when a female manager is calling the shots, and it fucking pisses me off how blatantly unprofessional it is.
This fact doesn’t stop at tasks though, female supervisors are far more inclined to be more charitable and play favoritism with attractive coworkers, even though their coddled life of being handed everything for being beautiful enables them to be significantly less hardworking than others yet still reap success and attention.
