Apart from overstimulation by video games, music, drugs,... where you force your brain to not think about how hollow everything and everyone is for a single second, there is nothing physical that brings any long-term enjoyment.
Idk about conditional love and fucking, otherwise I wouldn't be here. And they are certainly the top-tier copes. Partially that is again because of idealizations in the bluepilled worldview. But they don't seem to give the world any depth once you're blackpilled. So they fall into the stimulation bracket, alongside things like drugs, video games, music, and sports.
