This war will last a LONG TIME. At the very least it will last till end of 2025 until Russia secures every bit of the 4 Ukrainian provinces it has annexed. After that, they will possibly try to take 2 to 3 more provinces depending on their variety of factors. They'll probably go after Odessa, Mykolaiv, and Kharkov. Maybe Sumy as well.

This war can last as much as 50 to 70 years if Russia decides to take all of Ukraine.

I notice that NATO is coping hard thinking they can end the war if they convince Ukraine to give up the 4 provinces. Imo wrong, Russia will keep going for all of Ukraine, and ya that will probably take 30+ years.

Putin will be dead in 10. He doesn't have time to groom a successor that won't pose a threat to his power, so things are going to get spicy real fast when that boot drops.

An interesting thing I read about leadership is the most important goal of a leader is to find his successor. Which is really difficult to do.

They need to find someone who is relatively young, has immense intellect and has the curiosity/passion for public policies. And who believes in Russia, wants to make Russia strong and successful.

The Russian state found Putin in 1999, it is possible to do.
