— Families in the area of Macomia have "reported missing" young men in the area, after the men joined the organization.

— In Mocimboa da Praia town, graffiti of an "IS flag" and verses from the Qur'an and messages inciting violence against non believers were seen near a Masjid.

If the Mozambican government can't offer opportunities to its youth (especially, the Muslims in Cabo Delgado province and elsewhere), what do you think they will resort to? Yet another failure from another African "power".
