High school is the easiest time to ascend because by default you are surrounded by people every period. College you choose your classes making it harder since you aren’t forced to meet the same people. You actively have to put in that work but there’s a larger pool to choose from. Once college is done, you think you can ascend with coworkers? You’ll just have to deal with being reported to HR Who do you go for now? No one so it’s over.
