I got pregnant at 14 and don't know who the father is

I [F15] and I feel like I'm stuck in a really dark place right now. Last year, I found out I was pregnant, and it was really scary. I didn't know who the dad was, and I didn't have anyone to talk to about it.

After thinking a lot, I decided to have an abortion. It was a really hard choice, and I thought it would make me feel better. But instead, I feel even worse. I can't stop feeling guilty and sad, and I don't know what to do.

Not knowing who the dad is makes everything even harder. It's like I'm stuck in this dark hole and I can't find my way out.

If anyone has been through something like this, can you help me? How did you start feeling better? I really need some advice right now.
