Going to therapy as an ugly truecel male is completely pointless, there is nothing, no combination of words, no strategy to overcome depression when the reason for your depression is so obvious. Of course incel forums are a "tough place" since we don't shy away from the blackpill and honesty. We're not gaslighting each other.

Usually from my experience they will tell you strategies to cope with your depression since that's not something that can be cured easily. Those coping strategies are something trivial like exercising, taking care of yourself, diet, whatever.

The goal for them is to help you deal with your mental health problems, but that's something I'm past at this point. I don't want to live like this. There are no coping strategies strong enough for me to regain my will to live. I'm doomed to live my life as a khhv and that's a disability in my eyes. I know everything is pointless but a grown man needs to fuck from time to time to keep his spirits at a somewhat healthy level.

If a 17 yo is a khhv there is no way he will ascend. It’s over for him. I would agree with banning 15 yos because they are usually low iq but they are still incels.

Teenage failed attempts at love will haunt you forever. Being bitter will protect their pride and go thru life relieved from social pressure. Maybe a youngcel, midcel and oldcel (you can only view one of these subforums depending on your age) will be best.
