NEETs must take advantage of having free time to be active and work on their mindset as bluepilled as it may sound walking at night has helped me overcome some aspects of my anxiety and I am no longer scared of being outside like before. Also, OP do you have a porn addiction? Do you not go outside because you're afraid?

I do not smoke for starters, I usually enjoy music in my home but I can enjoy music while walking too. I would say I have a bit of a porn addiction but I am not really afraid of going outside there is just nothing out there for me, I used to when I was way younger due to my parents but not for a long time.

I was NEET for like 6 Months and the first 2 were great. Then Depression kicked in again and i felt miserable.

Kinda pathetic that i need my mind to be occupied with work so i can stop my thoughts wrecking havoc on my body and mind
