I thought TLJ had plot issues, the comedy was cringy but not enough to make it shit on that alone

If solo is one half as good as Rouge One it will be better than TLJ

Remove the intro comedy. Remove Luke from being a lazy old bum. Add in more mourning for Han. Remove titty milk. Remove the whole feminist agenda where the males are wrong and the women come in and do the saving. Remove Asian woman. Remove the Casino planet or modify it so it makes sense. Change Luke into being there himself on Crait at the end. You're right, this movie needs a lot of corrections.


What's good about Rogue One is that it introduced NEW characters. Characters the audience hasn't formed a connection with. We already have an idea of Solo and Lando. If they screw up even one thing about their characters in this movie it's going to look bad.

At least Han Solo is a masculine character. I get the feeling the film will have a blackpill message, especially with Woody Harrelson saying "assume everyone will betray you, and you'll never be disappointed".
