Media New Taylor Swift album isn't complete garbage

Since her debut in the 2000's I've always been pretty opposed to her songs (that she didn't even write in the first place) for obvious reasons
However her new studio LP has a few mildly impressive tracks on it. Pay no mind to most of the lyrics, they tend to be trite, lame and dreadfully limp
It's the instrumental side of the album that positively caught my attention. Really sleek retro/synth-wave type stuff that also sounds a bit modern and it's very well-mixed by the engineers/producer.

Under My Skin is such a good album. Let Go is decent, but I think she really stepped up with Under My Skin - the first time I heard Take Me Away and Together I was blown away. I felt she regressed so dramatically with The Best Damn Thing - it just felt like such a disappointment with the exceptions of When You're Gone and Keep Holding On, both of which are great but feel entirely out of place.
