Shortest was Muggsy Bogues, he was 5'3" and you'd be surprised to know he was a force to be reckoned with ironically because of his height. He found a way to take advantage of it on the court. I don't have the mindset to do what this guy did, everyone in his childhood told him to give up because of his height and he just never gave up and kept training.
