I’ve been living like this since 2015. I’m hitting 20 soon, so I reckon I’ll need to move out soon and by that I need a job if it’s possible to get one, or live off government shekels. It has been good times being a rotter like this in the attic indulging in my interests, but I feel more and more everyday my family don’t want me in this house anymore. Starting to feel like a burden as well tbh. What does it matter, if I move out I’ll be entirely alone.

Probably not, they’re not the kind of people to do that, and living in a Nordic country, if I were to become homeless I’d probably get help by the government or something. But I don’t want to live like this anymore anyway, it’s not sustainable for me and I want to get the hell away from my hometown or even country

Looks like most NEETs are probably from places that the government gives stuff away. In America, the only way I can think of is if your parents are generous enough to let you stay without having a job or paying rent.

Do part time and you can still do that. I do 20 hours a week, evening shift so I can go to sleep whenever I want.
