Well to be fair in most of the world were foids have the control over society, males can leech resources from the government and parents (when every son is a loser, you don’t feel that bad because yours is also one)
Don’t get me wrong, the system is definitely going to collapse as we run out of specialists (foids are the only ones getting an education (that might be OK for professions were being average IQ is OK, but as soon as you need high capacity of abstraction you are really fucked as the distribution of IQ for foid is overwhelming on the middle and not on the extremes) plus the only births are coming from really low IQ people, so we are double fucked)
