Breakfast: Bagel with peanut butter, banana, small coffee, 8oz water

Lunch: Salad (spinach, romaine lettuce, sliced beets, feta cheese, black beans, carrots, green olives) drank it with a vegetable juice.

Dinner: Sirloin steak, lentils, leftover lasagna, sandwich with with wheat bread and sliced ham, 50 oz water which I'm currently still sipping
