that means that you're shadow banned
even if you make other accounts with the same IP address, everything you will post won't appear to other users but you can see it.

that's because you're not shadow banned on the whole reddit.
if you get shadow banned on one subreddit, you will always be shadow banned on that sub forever even if you make another accounts.
you can't be shadow banned on the whole site. they will just permaban you instead.
