imagine living 100-200 years ago where you'd probably not have a toilet or warm shower, no convenience stores or fast food, you'd most likely have to grow your own food or trade for it, winters you might actually die...no medical care.

We live like kings right now as far as basic needs being met but it does feel pointless because of the repetition and lack of danger
