Something wrong with .is domain

Couldnt login via the .is domain. Had to use the new .site domain. Some essential features are missing from the .is domain (e.g. register button, sub-categories on the section the "Forums" dropdown menu). Plus the Fast Banana logo changed to AOtto Autos.

What happened? Are glowies finally start to come down on this site?
