Soy SSRI is making me emotional

My SSRI medication is making really emotional.
Without them, I am drepressed but i become slightly cold hearted. Few emotions or none log into my mind.

When I am on them however, I become very sensitive and want hugs, kisses and such. It's really weird.

I'll stop taking them, I'll find another way to deal with the depression.

Any ideas or contribution ?
