The trainer would select combinations of these punches below and shout them out from the ringside during a match. Tyson's famous 6-4 combo is the classic example.
When Tyson joined with Don King the D'Amato camp were all fired and Tyson soon forget the number combinations and his downfall soon followed. Here are the numbers and their matching punches:
