My leg often cramps once in a few months, usually the pain begins when I lay down. Yesterday I got through this piece of shit. Damn I was cramping real bad but then it decided to hit again and again so I got mad and pulled my toes up, defeating the cramp and the pain. The story of a hero tbh.

Pretty sure it's not diet or something. I get them often as a LDAR fatcel and lean cardiocel so.

Any legcramp stories?

Btw fakecel if no leg cramps

One of my leg muscle is shorter than the other and it causes me to walk like a zombie.

Skeletal muscle cramps may be caused by muscle fatigue or a lack of electrolytes such as low sodium, low potassium or low magnesium.

I get this in my foot sometimes. My toes start will actually start to curl downward and I have to pull them up with my hands. Hurts like a bitch. I usually get this when taking a long shit tbh
