Emmanuel Aranda, the African-American guy who tossed the young 5yr old boy over the railing at the Mall of America. He explained that he originally was searching for a chad or a stacy to toss over the railing, but the kid happened to walk by him. He was at the mall for years and became increasingly angered as he explained to investigators, “I had made efforts to talk to women in the Mall, but had been rejected, and the rejection caused him to lash out and to be aggressive.”
