But it's a lie - and a security question like this requires you to remember a lie (hard) in case you lose your password in the (far away) future - which could lock you out of access to accounts and money.
It just shows how having had a gf/partner is deemed normative by the rest of society by age 18.

And the second image you attached even said the "No Singles Policy" thing for the Joker movie was a joke put up by a prankster and that the prankster was banned. That doesn't seem to me like enabling a future where no singles policy is tolerated and encouraged.
Besides a lot of people even in the reddit discussion said they would put in a BS or generic name even if they didn't have a girlfriend/boyfriend. If that became illegal then that's millions of people that broke the law and not all of them will be easily prosecuted if it is found out that a lot of people lied.

Even if it is bluepilled the idea of a no singles policy discrminating against singles if some of the singles are also women that proclaim to be "asexual" would mean that a no singles policy as is wouldn't be accepted unless it was specified that it only applied to heterosexual males.

But there isn't a lot of evidence besides the mirror article about single men being banned from a "Fifty Shades Darker" movie that shows how a safe space is being created for foids. It also does not really connect to OP's point about how this will be done for banning or restricting internet access for single males.
Also "Fifty Shades Darker" seems like a chick flick and the ban happened in Ireland where laws are probably different about sex discrimination and things like this have usually been allowed in the past.

Not only that but all this hysteria around a reddit post where people have been known to lie by omission for karma and on a sub like r/wallstreetbets which has a lot of trolls ironically increases the chances that shit like this will be taken at face value and accepted without questioning in the future if such a policy were to be put in the place.
Believing things like this are inevitable serves to increase tacit acceptance among the population of forms of discrimination like this.
Also since the security question chosen is about a girlfriend/boyfriend, it would not make sense to accept an answer (such as the answer not being a name) that did not fit the requirements for this query.
