It's text to speech software. I can tell you guys don't really use the internet much.

Do you know what a "deepfake" is, well people have created deepfake voices of various characters, actors, etc. There are online websites that allow you to have access to these resources so that you can generate text in that characters/persons voice.

I doubt he's doing all of those voices so well, you'll notice that the speech patterns are kinda robotic too, and lack emotion in certain parts. If someone was voice acting these lines that wouldn't happen.
