There were many times when my brother or siblings would yell and act toxic and either hit me or hit my mother and i’ve wanted to beat their ass and kill them but didn’t because i’m the mature one and didn’t wanna go to jail.
That mentally messes you up because you have to suppress all emotions, you can’t hold up for your loved one, and always hold this tiny amount of hate for them.
You kinda just shut yourself off to the world and it ruins a functional family.
