A local source confirmed that a violent attack by !S terror elements targeted the city of Oicha in Beni region on Monday night.

At least 20 people were killed and dozens of houses burned. This qualitative operation comes one day after the Congolese army officers visited the city.

A splinter faction from the Allied Democratic Forces. They pledged allegiance to !S several years ago.

As far as we know, they have around 90-200 fighters in their ranks (including some foreign fighters). They've already stagged attacks outside Congo (like the recent Uganda's Queen Elizabeth national park attack) and the DRC army is surely struggling with their attacks.
