Yes, they (terror!sts) have been using !ED born motorbikes for their attacks, just like in Manbij and the city of Damascus (during Ramadan's double attacks that took place in and around a Shi'ite neighborhood back this summer).
Same modus-operandi, and no, HTS terror!sts are not present in the city except Turkish-backed FSA militias.
