I'm watching the original Naruto at the moment kek and liking it so much. However I recommend you to skip the fillers because they add nothing (duh) and there's a lot of filler in this show. Luckily most of the filler is between chapter 130 something and the end of the series so you can skip that huge block (like 80 episodes) of filler without consequences.

You should watch Parasyte I watched that one in 2014/15 when it came out and it was cool. Horror/science fiction with some good action scenes you will like it. Only 26 episodes.
