I'm in between 15 and 20% but my frame is alot smaller than the guys in the picture, i feel like my shoulders never developed properly.
It's the opposite for me. I used to be at around 12% when i was auschwitzmaxxing.Somewhere between 20% and 15%. I was somewhere between 25% and 20%.
It's hard to tell on some bodies. Especially if you have an ectomorph body structure like me, but i do have prominent manboobs and love handles so i can tell i'm at 20%.Have no idea
wow you must be gymceling and cut alot.~10-15, hard to accurately guess but I can see my abs, pec linings and seratus muscles pretty clearly so. pretty sustainable bodyweight
not gymming anymore, bodyweight only (calisthenics) and a lot of sleep. I think sleep is extremely underrated and the limiting factor for a lot of working people that work 9-5 jobs and have to get up early. 8-9 hours is a must i've really noticed for myself. less hunger and quicker recovery time. ofc people are fat when when the average joe sleeps 5-6 hours onlywow you must be gymceling and cut alot.
