It's hard to tell on some bodies. Especially if you have an ectomorph body structure like me, but i do have prominent manboobs and love handles so i can tell i'm at 20%.

not gymming anymore, bodyweight only (calisthenics) and a lot of sleep. I think sleep is extremely underrated and the limiting factor for a lot of working people that work 9-5 jobs and have to get up early. 8-9 hours is a must i've really noticed for myself. less hunger and quicker recovery time. ofc people are fat when when the average joe sleeps 5-6 hours only
