Most similar to One Piece are anime like Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail, and Katekyo Hitman Reborn just to name a few. Of course, it depends on whether you want more of the same or not and what exactly you liked about One Piece. FYI, I personally haven't seen One Piece.
Welcome To The Nhk, Death Note and Code Geass are always worth a watch, Natsumes Book of friends first season has quite a nice vibe to it, Monster is a slow burn must watch for any fan of psychological horror and drama. Samurai Champloo is fantastic.
