Oh no! I meant it's over a year since I last entered a gym so those numbers probably dipped a little.. This took me roughly the same amount of time as you but I was consistent for the first 3 years then the rest was on and off.

You can bench press still. Unless you’re like straight up Stephen hawking type disabled
I could bench 100kg before I quit, but I was like 95kg, my leverages are just shit for bench and it’s not worth it for me since I can’t do the other two.
