Chemical castration, a vasectomy does not significantly decrease libido enough in order to not feel the urge anymore.
However, getting chemically castrated in the west is kind of difficult, at least from a legal perspective; and there will be very few doctors willing to do this for you (even tough, arguably, for us incels it wpuld be a favourable treatment).
this is just the first 2 weeks of no fap srs, at least for me

I don't even have a strong libido like I used to but I still have the urge to fuck a girl.
It gets easier to maintain nofap the longer you do it. First few days are hell because your brain is used to fapping every time you get bored.
