TBH amputating the foreskin might actually be worse than puberty blockers, at least if you stop taking those puberty can start again after a delay.
Puberty blockers will make you skip key important development stages, and you will probably end up as a manlet.

but I think if manlets who want to become the little girl can do "gender affirmation" via puberty blockers + estrogen , a similar option should exist to give manlets who want to become the big boy to take testosterone/androgen/HGH roids to growthmax - plus also stuff for penis and foreskin growth - especially those who suffer from small dicks or LIPODERMOS
