Why are females so into True Crime?

I have noticed that a lot of comments on true crime videos are made by females. It's infuriating to see so many exclamation marks on my screen, and lately they also feel the bloody need to sign off their stupid little messages with an emoticon that denotes their inferior gender

Are they so ill that they can't end the day without hearing about some horrendous tragedy? I wouldn't be shocked if they had a dildo lying ready next to them to go HAM with when the criminal spills the beans 43 minutes in and goes into detail how he raped an elderly person and tore his or her limbs off in the heat of the moment owing to a meth-induced demonic possession. violent men are the target of desire in many of the fiction writen by and for females. females percieve the same men they judge as more likely to be an "enemy/violent" also as more likely of a partner. the obvious evolutionary reason that should come up in the discussion is how women needed men throught human history to do their violence for them. they needed men that could secure recoursses, which means winning competitions with other men or with nature, they needed men that could protect them and with genes that would make their sons more likely to be able to do the same for their woman and children.

Serial killers are famous, they aren't exactly high status but people don't look down on them, they get an unspoken respect for overstepping the societal boundaries. They might be hated or feared or reviled, but they aren't laughed at or pittied.
Incels going an hero on the other hand were low status before and stay low status after, knowing their motives adds something pathetic and weak to the violence they commit.
