Foids do have a "personality" detector, but it is not what they claim.
Foids detect whether a man is more likely to be dominant (alpha) or submissive (beta or omega) in a social encounter.
That's it.
All these brutish, abusive, thuggish, psychopathic, narcissistic, machiavellian, arrogant, criminally inclined types pass the foids' personality detector with flying colors.
Meanwhile any man, even though he is altruistic, decent and morally upstanding, once he is identified as socially timid, withdrawn and not socially dominant, he fails the personality detector.
That's how foids despise appeasers and decent men while joyously engaging with domineering thugs that abuse them.
While males have evolved the instinct to "measure a man", that is: to ascertain whether or not a certain man is made of the "right stuff" for certain tasks (hunt, fight, fish, labor, build, trade, lead etc.) because the cavemen would die if they assigned the wrong guy to lead a hunting party, or to organize an attack, or to be a sentinel / lookout etc.
Foids, however, were never subjected to these same evolutionary pressures because, while an invading tribe would simply kill all men, they would also breed all the foids. Foids therefore have not evolved to be able to judge and evaluate what a "personality" or a "character" is. Foids only gauge men by looks, money and status. Socially dominant behavior such as displays of arrogance, dark-triad, brutish and violent behavior etc. are all a proxy for status, so foids go with that.
