Doesn't matter which country. A properly configured anonymous VPN severs any association between your computer and the websites you visit. As far as your school knows you're connecting to the VPN and they don't know what that VPN connects you to moving forward.

Don't worry about it, it's mandatory for incels.is so you're good as far as them seeing what you're doing on .is but they'll know you were connecting to it.
