Let's say there's 100 bachelors in a dating app, according to the 80/20 rule, only 20 men are selected. Now 80 guys bitterly left the app. Apply the 80/20 rule once again for the 20 remaining bachelors, and there's only 4 men have chosen by women. The 4 men who are dating represent 4% of the original group. This is why ~95/5 exists under the 80/20 rule.
