Avoid eating sugary foods. Sweets and desserts are a woman's food and they'll never actually leave you full as your body will desire more sugar. Focus on foods that actually make you full aka have high protein, contain eggs, etc... As a lot of foods such as fastfood, frozen pizza, hot pockets, etc... Will never leave you full because they lack the proper protein to do so and are packed with sugar and other chemicals to get you addicted.

As to advice on losing weight. Eat under 1k calories a day. Masturbate to help feel less hungry.

Extra tips (which have nothing to do): nofap, sunbathing maximum 15min (the body itself already tells you when it is enough), going out more often (preferably and if you can to natural places such as a forest or park) and reading.
