I gymcel but I don’t build any muscle, I need to bulk first but I’m very high metabolism so it doesn’t do shit for me.

yeah whenever I’m in the gym I heightmog 70% of men there (I’m 5’9). The biggest gymcel I know is 5’6 Asian and he’s incel as fuck despite being shredded. Muscles are nothing compared to 1 cm of forward growth in your jaw.
