This happened to me. I was being bullied by someone and the teacher did nothing and just waited for my reaction to the bullying. She probably gave the student head after class.
They are very stupid people. They don’t understand the capabilities of a man who no longer has anything to lose. The only way for them to feel or remorse or humiliation is when the barrel of the gun is placed against their head. At my school nobody gave a shit if you got bullied unless you were a “marginalized group” I.e if you were black, gay, tranny Jewish or hispanic/immigrant. Usually it was these people who were the bullies which is the ironic thing (trannies getting people expelled for homophobia, black women and mixed race males getting people expelled for racism, etc.) Any retaliation to them though and you’d get the whole school system right up your ass. One of my biggest redpills was when a flamboyant faggot/sissy kid said “I’ve gotten 11 kids expelled for homophobia” to me in high school.

It would make sense if it was the same person. However, the spree shooters that snap rarely target just their tormentors. They often go after random people or people that barely knew them, suggesting that their actions are less justice based, and more based on their own paranoia and exageratted sense of persecution.
The thing is that violence is the answer in practically all situations. It’s the only way to get your point across. Also the point of mass shootings isn’t about getting back at specific people but to harm society. It doesn’t matter who the victims are, the point is to make society as a whole to feel pain.

Yes, you can be too ugly to have a relationship with a woman. I certainly am, but despite this you can still learn and you can still be successful. Bullying exists to correct undesirable and antisocial behavior. I was bullied as a child and it made me stronger, made me realize what was and wasn't acceptable. Most mass shooters are on pharmaceutical drugs, which, I think, disrupt this process.
As for violence being the only way to get your point across, I assure you that it is not. I'm a project manager. When I convince a co-worker that their metric for measuring progress is unworkable, like I just did today, I don't use violence.
