It is kinda working but I wonder what's your method to cope or to not think about it.
Or to make peace with it.

You just gotta accept it tbh. You can only change what you can control. Unfortunately height is a big factor in attractiveness and you just gotta accept that you can't change your height. A healthy way to cope with it is to be grateful with your life. Like for instance I'm grateful that my health is good, I have all 4 limbs, I am not blind nor deaf, etc.
