Holy shit, rewatching this part in God Of War 3 brought back some crazy memories. One of the very few games out there that undiscriminately didnt care if you were men or women..
Basically there's a sequence in the game where you have to get past a gate but there is a spinning gear that has to be locked up for the gate to be open; the protagonist uses a sex slave as a stand to keep the gear up and gate opened. However, the women cant hold on for too loong so she ends up being brutally crushed gruesomely to death.
