even temporary they are bullshit, they are nothing more than impairing your brain function and creating indifference to this world. Helps a lot to become a mindless consoomer drone but steals your imagination and life.

As hard as life can get, never take antidepressants or antipsychotics. The only thing i advocate are benzos now and then if you are really bad. Stay safe from addiction though. Benzos are the safest psychiatric medication with the least side effects.

For the schizophrenic and psychotic people experimenting very very carefully is needed. I advice to seek a medication critical psychiatrist who will try his best to avoid meds. Although schizophrenia and psychosis are super big shit if you get it. Dont smoke too much weed.

Working out and fapping+getting a pet that likes you are better copes. Longterm.

Hi, if by extreme diet you mean calorie restriction, I suggest you look into intermitting fasting, it's much better for losing weight for several reasons.
