You can say that but cold approaching is retarded and the opportunities to warm approach are nearly non-existant after high school. Maybe in university but that requires being in a major with lots of girls. Approaching at work is way too risky. The only other option is frequenting a bar or club, but it will be very hard to find a woman who is single there other than old hags.
