If the police America were really scaled back to only rich areas, would women act any differently?

Who would they run to for false rape accusations?

Without police the USA would turn into Brazil or Mexico. I understand that and I'm fine with it. I don't want boomers or women to ever feel safe. I want them to feel feel scared of violent criminals instead of blaming quiet incels for their problems.
